Refund Eligibility

Products purchased directly from ZYLAVIONEX are eligible for return provided they meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, manuals, and accessories are included.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.
  • The request is submitted within the designated return period.

Time Limits for Returns

Return requests must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. Requests submitted beyond this timeframe may not be eligible for refund or exchange.

Once approved, returned items must be shipped within 7 days of receiving confirmation from our support team.

How to Request a Return

  • Reason for return

Processing & Requirements

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, ZYLAVIONEX will notify the customer regarding approval or rejection of the refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original method of payment.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return results from a verified product defect or shipping error attributable to ZYLAVIONEX.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
